No is the new Yes

Livvy's new and favorite word is NO! She picked it up from her cousin Carter while I was watching him this week.

She walks around the house saying, "No-No", "no-no-no-no", and just "NO" (this one she sings). She even says it while she is doing something naughty and knows she is about to be in big trouble!

I can't help but laugh when she asks for something, I repeat back to her what she is asking for, and then she says "no-no". I want to ask, "is today opposite day"?

Maybe she thinks that "no" means "yes"?! This would explain why even when I tell her no, she does it anyway!

NO is definitely the new YES!
