October

We had a fun October! Livvy is at such a fun age where everything is so exciting and new. I love providing new experiences for her so I can watch her enjoy them!
The ZOO!
with Grandma, aunt Jill and cousin Carter

The Mabey's Pumpkin Patch
(with one of my best friend's little girl Daphne)

Carving Pumpkins for FHE

Livvy did not like the "guts"

as you can see
Livvy and I carved a "scary face"

while Kirk carved a ghost
(apparently he is going through withdrawls from his tools and insisted his drill was perfect for the tiny eyes)

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

Our little MONSTER!
with a big scare
(that she practiced for weeks before Halloween)

The Fam

Trick-or-Treating was really fun with Olivia this year.  It was the first year she "got it" and she loved that with a few simple words and a fabulous scare, a treat (or two) was placed in her pumpkin.  She talked about it for weeks after.

Florida

Knowing that we wouldn't be able to travel to Florida for Christmas, we decided to take one last trip in September to visit Kirk's family. We were there for two weeks and had a blast (although being almost 6 months prego, I almost melted in the heat!)

Livvy'a little bed, in her favorite sleeping position

The Aquarium...we found NEMO!

Enjoying the stingrays

We celebrated Kirk's 30th birthday.....

By spending the day at Disneyworld

Dumbo

3-D show

On the teacups: one of our favorites. Livvy threw a fit when we took her off the first time, it was one of our first rides and she didn't understand the "turn" concept. So we got back in line and went again. It didn't take her long to understand that you wait in line and then get one turn. We were impressed with how well she did.

Poor Lucy....we spent the first 2 days keeping the dog away from Livvy so Livvy wouldn't throw a fit, and the next two weeks protecting Lucy from Livvy's "playfulness"

Playing in the pool

as much as possible!

And of course, a few rounds of golf!

Despite the heat, we had a great time! We love Kirk's family and wish we lived closer.

(Although we will never complain about having such a fun place to visit!)
